First of all before the market opens, we’ll send you an SMS with a list of Nifty CALL/PUT options to watch out for the day. We initiate our trades only when either one or more of the following conditions became applicable on a particular trading day:-
- Momentum trading: Following and trading along with the existing & tested trend.
- Trend Reversal trading: Initiating a contrarian position in an overextended and weary trend that is starting to bounce back or forth from a major resistance or support level.
- Near Expiry week trading on huge gap openings: We take contrarian positions for a very quick trade (10 Minutes) on a huge gap opening.
- Expiry Day Last Minute Trading: We buy At-The-Money options which usually costs around Rs.1 or 2 and but has an earning potential of Rs.3 – 30. This means, the risk: reward ratio is around 1:3 (min) or even 1:30 (max). Your Rs.2 risk may bring a reward of Rs.28.
- Exceptional trades: These trades are done when there's a sudden change in the market environment due to some events or news.
In Nifty Options trading, Buy/Sell signals will be given only when the market starts and settles itself in its own direction with the right kind of volume.
Using sophisticated option pricing tools, we select the undervalued Nifty options & watch them so as to buy when the right moment comes. There are so many highly profitable Nifty Options which are overlooked by many traders.
We are always available 24x7 (via phone, SMSs, e-mails, live chat) to guide our valued clients.
NiftyOptionProfits request all traders to follow:
- Option trading is highly profitable but also highly losable if you are not careful enough.
- We are not to exercise these Nifty options but to trade them intra-day.
- The option market will lure you in many ways to make you lose your previous gains.
- Just be disciplined keeping strict stop losses and specifying profit targets.
- Do not increase your positions just because you've been making profits.
- Just stick with that usual position size which you can afford to risk.
- Remember, beginner's luck does not make you an expert option trader.
- Do not take high risks to regain past losses.
- Always exit as soon as your profit target is achieved.
- Always calculate risk-reward ratio before initiating a position.
- Remove the fear of "leaving behind from an opportune trade". Do not just jump into a trade just because you might miss the opportunity to join a gain trade. This impulsive trade may turn out to be a losing one.
- Do not fear to accept losses. Do not try to average a loss making position by buying more.
- Do not overtrade. As soon as you book a fair sum of profit, just stop trading for the day.
- Do not be direction biased.
- Always stay out of poor volumes & dull markets as it's the biggest enemy of option trades.
- Always pay-out 50% of the total profits you earned in a month.
- Always keep a record of all the trades you did. Study them during weekends and find out the right & wrongs you did.
